Comments on Implementation Rules of Food Safety Law of the Peoples Republic of China (Revised Draft)

On 14 August 2017, China submitted the Implementation Rules of Food Safety Law to WTO for its member state’s comments. The European Chamber AFB Working Group has worked closely with the EU Delegation to raise concerns and recommendations of the industry.
